Caseley Estates is an independent family run residential letting and property management agency which was established in 1983.  We have experience looking after a range of properties from 1-bedroom flats to 5-bedroom houses, catering for both student and professional lets.

We are trained and regulated by ARLA PropertyMark and the Property Redress Scheme’s codes of practice, which together with our experience in the industry enables us to meet our clients needs. Our background as portfolio landlords has given us the understanding required to successfully look after rental properties, as well as proven itself as a fantastic long term investment. The key to owning a successful rental property is in the management, maintenance and looking after the tenants that live there. It has also become essential to have the correct documentation, the right equipment, and the right procedures in place. We believe maintenance problems are best solved before they happen, as the saying goes “a stitch in time saves nine”. Our quarterly property inspections that come with our management service will provide you with full write ups of our findings to keep you in touch with your property and make you aware of small issues before they get worse. Where necessary we will advise on all urgent and non-urgent repairs, recommend upgrades, replacements, refurbishments etc. We also offer to send you videos, photos and/or have a video call with every quarterly inspection if you wish.
